Cape Canaveral, Florida: In a landmark achievement, India’s most advanced communication satellite, GSAT-N2, has been successfully launched into orbit aboard SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket. This collaborative mission, spearheaded by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and SpaceX, signifies a new chapter in India’s quest to bolster its communication infrastructure and meet growing technological demands.

Equipped with 32 user beams including eight narrow spot beams and 24 wide spot beams GSAT-N2 will operate through strategically placed hub stations across India, significantly enhancing network efficiency and coverage.

SpaceX’s Falcon 9, renowned for its reliability and higher payload capacity, emerged as the optimal choice for this mission.
