Dhaka: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday handed over 109 ambulances and 12 lakh corona vaccine doses to Bangladesh under the ‘Neighborhood First’ policy. PM Modi held bilateral talks with Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on the second day of the visit, in which 5 agreements were reached. PM Modi has left for India from Dhaka after completing his two-day Bangladesh visit.

Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday presented a coin of gold and silver issued to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of the birth centenary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Sheikh Hasina also handed over a silver coin issued on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Bangladesh’s independence.
