A man injured in a shooting at a shopping center in Sweden died on Friday. According to the police, a woman injured in the attack is in the hospital, where she is undergoing treatment. According to an official statement, one person injured in the firing has died, while a woman is undergoing treatment. Police have arrested the suspected shooter of the incident in the southern city of Malmö.

According to AFP, the police have denied a terrorist connection to the incident. Local media, citing eyewitnesses, said the suspect fired indiscriminately into the crowd, but this was not confirmed by the police. In July, three people were killed in a shooting at a shopping mall in Copenhagen, the Danish capital, about 30 km from Malmö.
