New Delhi: Video-sharing platform YouTube has decided to take some new steps to make videos more inclusive for Indian users. Because people of many languages live in India. During the Google for India event, YouTube announced that the company is testing a new feature that allows audio tracks to be switched between multiple languages.

According to TechCrunch, YouTube India director Ishan John Chatterjee said that video is an effective format for sharing health information. Not only the professional audience but every one can easily access and digest it. We really want to help make important health information accessible to everyone.

There is an option for these languages
According to the report of ANI, this feature is currently available for selected healthcare videos. It has the option of Hindi, English, Punjabi, and Marathi languages.

TechCrunch has informed us that in the video which will have the option of different languages, users will have a button named Audio Track inside the setting. In this, the languages present for that clip will also be given. But, will not be marked separately in the search result.

Apart from this, let us tell you that during the Google for India event, the company made many big announcements. Google has introduced a new transaction search feature for its payment app Google Pay. With this, Google Pay transactions can be tracked through voice search. Also, Google will now give more alerts for suspicious transactions than before.

Similarly, Google has also partnered with DigiLocker. With this, government IDs can be stored locally. That is, DigiLocker will be integrated in the Files app itself.
