All these items kept inside the house are related to Kishore Kumar, which is preserved even today by the fans of Khandwa.

But now the question is, for how long? The government of the neighboring country of Pakistan may have given approval to buy the ancestral houses of Bollywood’s famous actors Dilip Kumar and Raj Kapoor in Peshawar and make them a museum, but Kishore Kumar, who brought light to the name of Khandwa and Madhya Pradesh till the country and abroad. This ancestral house of Khandwawala is getting dilapidated due to lack of maintenance. Therefore, the teenage lovers here have now put a demand to preserve it and make a museum in front of the Madhya Pradesh government.

On the demand raised from inside the Khandwa teen lovers, the district administration has also intensified its exercise. Therefore, Khandwa SDM Mamta Khede, after seeing the condition of Kishore Kumar’s dilapidated house, submitted a report to the government and asked to make this house a museum on the PP model.
