At present, the surrounding premises have been evacuated and efforts are on to contain the gas leak. At the same time, 3 contract workers have been injured in the accident. He has also been admitted to the hospital.
Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren also learned about the people injured in the accident. In this regard, CM Hemant Soren tweeted, ‘Blast has been received at Tata Steel Plant in Jamshedpur. The district administration, in coordination with the Tata Steel management, is taking action for the speedy treatment of the injured. The condition of the injured laborers in the accident is critical. An 11-member team of doctors is engaged in his treatment.
