New Delhi: The number of patients infected with the Corona virus has crossed 40 lakhs in the country. New cases of Corona are making new records every day. In the last 24 hours, 86 thousand 432 new cases of Corona were reported, while 1089 people have lost their lives. After the arrival of new cases, the number of corona infected patients in the country has increased to 40, 23,179. On Friday, 83,341 new patients were found in the country, while 1,096 people died.
According to the Health Ministry, there are 8 lakh 46 thousand 395 active cases of corona in the country, while 69 thousand 561 patients have died due to corona infection. At the same time, it is a matter of relief that 31 lakh 7 thousand 223 people have recovered so far.
The total number of infected people in the state has increased to 8,63,062 after the highest number of 19,218 new cases of Covid-19 reported in a single day on Friday in Maharashtra. According to the health department, the death toll in the state has increased to 25,964 with the death of 378 more patients. At present, there are 2,10,978 under-treated patients in the state. The department said that 13,289 more patients were discharged from hospitals on Friday, after which 6,25,773 patients have been cured in the state so far.
On Friday, 1320 new cases of coronavirus were reported in Gujarat. According to the Health Department, including new patients, the number of infections in the state has gone up to 1,01,695. In the state, 14 patients died due to infection in the last 24 hours, after which the number of dead in Gujarat has now reached 3,078. In the last 24 hours, 1,218 more patients have been discharged from the hospital. After this, the total number of people recovering from infection has increased to 82,398.
Corona infects exceed 60 thousand in Punjab
In Punjab, 1,498 new cases of coronavirus infection were reported on Friday and 49 more patients died due to this epidemic. After this, the total number of cases of infection has increased to 60,013 and the number of dead has reached 1,739. According to the state government, 1,272 more patients of Covid-19 were cured. A total of 42,543 patients have been cured in the state so far.
1570 new cases of coronavirus infection in Rajasthan
