Talking about the last 24 hours, more than 54 thousand new cases of corona were reported. After getting new cases, the number of corona infected patients in the country has increased to 17 lakh 50 thousand 723. According to the data released by the Health Ministry on Sunday, 54 thousand 735 patients have increased in the last 24 hours. During this time 853 people lost their lives. While 57, 118 cases were reported on this first Friday and 764 people died.
According to the Ministry of Health data, there are now 5 lakh 67 thousand 730 active cases of corona in the country. So far, 37 thousand 364 patients have died due to corona epidemic. At the same time, 11 lakh 45 thousand 629 people have recovered and a foreigner has returned. The recovery rate of corona patients is 64.44%. Maharashtra appears to be the most affected by Corona virus.
In Maharashtra, more than 9 thousand Covid-19 cases are coming out every day. On Saturday also, 9601 cases of corona virus were reported in Maharashtra and 322 patients died during this period. So far, a total of 4,31,719 people have been infected with the corona virus in Maharashtra. Out of this, 2,66,883 people have beaten the corona and treatment of 1,49,214 patients is going on. At the same time, 15,316 people have also lost their lives.

Corona patients in Chennai cross 1 lakh
The number of corona patients crossed the one lakh mark in Chennai on Saturday, which was largely saved from Corona virus infection. With 1,074 cases filed on Saturday, the total count of cases has gone up to 1,00,877. Out of the total cases in the city, 86,301 have been discharged. So far, 2,140 deaths have been recorded in the city.
1,136 new cases of Covid-19 found in Gujarat
On Saturday, 1,136 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Gujarat, raising the total number of infected people in the state to over 62,574. Apart from this, 24 more patients died due to infection in the last 24 hours. According to the Health Department, 24 more patients of Covid-19 died in the last 24 hours due to which the death toll in the state increased to 2,465. It has been reported that 875 patients have been discharged from various hospitals after recovering in the last 24 hours, due to which the number of cured patients in the state has increased to 45,782.
793 new cases of corona arrived in Haryana in 24 hours
On Saturday, 7 more deaths occurred due to Covid-19 in Haryana, while the number of infected in the state reached 35,758 due to 793 new cases of infection. According to the state health department, three deaths occurred in Faridabad, while one person died in Gurgaon. Two patients died in Kurukshetra and one patient in Panipat. With this, the number of people who lost their lives to Kovid-19 in Haryana increased to 428, out of which 134 and 124 deaths occurred in Faridabad and Gurgaon districts respectively.
