Bhopal: Credit cards were distributed to 63 thousand farmers on Tuesday under the Poor Welfare Week, which began on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday (17 September). During this, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced that farmers in the state will get a ten thousand rupees farmer honor fund annually. Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi now gets six thousand rupees annually in three installments. Now the state government will add four thousand rupees to it. Along with this, the outstanding loan waiver amount will also be given to the cooperative banks. 800 crore rupees were also given to the district cooperative central banks in the program. The Chief Minister also said that the work of giving loans to farmers without interest will continue. Animal husbandry and fishermen will also be added to it.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said in the program that the condition of the treasury is not good due to infection but farmers need not worry. I am not the crying Chief Minister that there is no money. The previous government had not deposited a contribution of 22 hundred crore rupees for crop insurance, due to which the farmers could not get the insurance amount. As soon as the government came, the insurance companies were given the revenue and the farmers got crop insurance of 31 hundred crores. After this, crop insurance of more than Rs 4600 crore has been given to more than 22 lakh farmers recently.

It is also being considered that package for farmers should be implemented by uniting beneficiary-oriented schemes. The government buys food grains at the support price, but only 15-20 lakh farmers participate in this process. However, the number of farmers in the state is more than one crore. The Chief Minister said to the cooperative societies that the Central Government has made a provision of seven thousand crore rupees for the development of agricultural infrastructure under the Self-Reliant India Package. Make an action plan to take advantage of it.

The agriculture produce market will not be closed Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also said that confusion is being spread about agricultural MLAs. No market will be closed and the minimum support price system will not be closed. The sale and purchase of food grains in the mandis will continue as before. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made provisions to double the income of farmers, which are welcome. He asked the farmers whether it was a profitable deal if someone bought it from your home or farm. Why should farmers not have the right to sell their produce on their own free will? The government guarantees that no businessman can run away with the farmer’s money. This law is in the interest of farmers. Madhya Pradesh will not be affected by anyone. We oppose those who protest.

Co-operatives are killed in the name of debt waiver
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the picture and destiny of Madhya Pradesh have to be changed. The cooperative movement has also been abused. The previous government announced a debt waiver, but it turned out to be a hoax. Cut the neck of the cooperative in its name. 15 hundred crore rupees were not given to cooperative banks. It was said to the farmers that a loan of up to two lakh rupees will be forgiven, but it has so much screwed up that no one could get the benefit. Current account farmers were caught in debt waiver.
