It is alleged that the talcum powder being manufactured by the company contains traces of asbestos causing ovarian cancer. Although the company never accepted these allegations. But in May 2020, it stopped selling its talc-based baby powder in the US and Canada, and then last year the company decided to stop selling it worldwide.
