New Delhi: The Central Government has given new instructions about whether the swab test is done to check whether Corona Virus infection has been investigated. In the swab test, the patient’s CT value is calculated. If this value was 40, then the patient was declared positive.

However, now the Center has issued instructions to measure the value up to 35. If the city value is more than 35, it shall be deemed that the person is not affected or infected. This will provide relief to asymptomatic patients and will not be considered affected.

In this regard, orders have been issued by Union Health Secretary Balram Bhargava. The city value is extracted after RT-PCR testing of corona suspects. If it has a ‘low value’, it is considered more infected. Earlier, if the score was up to 40, it was mentioned by writing ‘positive’ in the report. However, now if the score is up to 35, the person will be considered affected.

According to his information and his report, now the ‘CT Value’ cut-off has been set at 35. Now about 20% of patients will get relief from this change. This will reduce the number of victims to thousands.
