Shankaracharya Bold Accusations

Lucknow: Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati of Jyotirmath, Uttarakhand, arrived in Lucknow on Monday, making headlines with his bold statements about India’s top political leaders. Addressing a press conference at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, he criticized the President and Prime Minister, hinting at a potential political upheaval.

During the press conference, Shankaracharya accused the BJP of betraying the Hindu majority by failing to stop cow slaughter despite being in power for three consecutive terms. He claimed this inaction forced him to leave his monastery and embark on a nationwide campaign with his supporters.

Shankaracharya’s Outburst: A Call for Action

In a heated exchange with journalists, Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati questioned the religious identity of India’s leaders. “Which President is a Hindu? Which Prime Minister is a Hindu? If they were true Hindus, cow slaughter would not be happening under their watch,” he asserted. He lamented that no Hindu has ever held these top positions, suggesting that a true Hindu leader would have acted against cow slaughter.

Shankaracharya emphasized that his campaign began in Ayodhya, the city of Lord Ram, and has now reached Lucknow, the city of Lord Laxman. He vowed to continue his movement across all states, rallying 100 crore Hindus to join his cause until cow slaughter is eradicated in India.

Allegations of Cow Fat in Prasad: A Call for Revolution

The Shankaracharya made a shocking allegation that millions of devout Hindus were unknowingly fed cow fat in the form of Prasad at the Tirupati temple. He called for a revolution against this “grave sin,” urging the nation to rise against such practices.

He also criticized the Uttar Pradesh government, pointing out that despite having a saint as Chief Minister, the state has the highest number of beef slaughterhouses in the country 40 out of 79. He described this as a tragic irony and a failure of leadership.
