Young man attempted suicide by coming live on Facebook, Ireland authorities sent alert to Mumbai Police

Mumbai: Now social media platform Facebook has become more alert and it sends alerts directly to the police department to save the lives of people. A similar case has been seen in Maharashtra. In fact, Irish authorities have saved the life of a youth by sending an alert to the Maharashtra Police. Let us know that a 23-year-old youth living in Dhule, Mumbai, was trying to commit suicide which Facebook shared with Maharashtra Police. After which the police officers immediately swung into action and the young man’s life was saved.

According to media reports, the 23-year-old man was alone at home and had fallen victim to loneliness. Her mother is a female young man from the Home Guard. He told that his son is a college dropout and had also tried to commit suicide earlier. Let me tell you that an official from the Ireland office of Facebook saw the live post of a man trying to commit suicide near Mumbai and alerted DCP (Cyber) Rashmi Karandikar at around 8.10 am on Sunday. After which 25 minutes later the DCP (Cyber) team found the young man.

According to media reports, a team of DCP (Cyber) Rashmi Karandikar reached the youth’s house by 9 pm, from where the youth was taken directly to the hospital. After treatment, the young man was discharged on Monday morning. It is being told that the youth who attempted suicide will be counseled.
