New Delhi: The Central Government has released the guidelines for Unlock-4 Guidelines. Metro services will start from 7 September in Unlock 4. According to the guidelines issued by the government, schools and colleges will remain closed till 30 September. Its decision has been taken by talking to the states and union territories. According to the instructions of the government, open-air theaters will be opened from September 21. Social, academic, sports-related, entertainment related, cultural, and religious gatherings will be allowed from 21 September. Only 100 people will be allowed to attend it. However, even in a limited number of gatherings, it will be mandatory for people to wear a facemask, follow social distance rules and their thermal screening will be done and hand wash and sanitizer will be provided.
According to the instructions of the government, metro services will start from 7 September. It will be compulsory to follow the instructions of the government in the metro. Metro rail has been allowed to run. It will be started on September 7, 2020 in a graded manner. In this context, the standard determination process will be released soon by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
According to the government order, the school colleges will remain closed till 30 September, although online and distance learning will continue as before. State and Union Territories up to 50% of teachers and non-teacher staff have been called in schools. So that they can do the work related to online education / tele-counseling.
