Then whether it is giant company Amazon or Facebook, Microsoft, Infosys or Dell. All these are included in this list of retrenchments. Although Twitter is also not lagging behind in this sequence, today again Twitter has decided to further reduce the number of its employees. Today Twitter fired about 200 employees. That’s 10% of Twitter’s roughly 2,000 employees.

Company’s internal messaging service offline
This information has been given in a media report. Since Elon Musk bought the social media platform in October, he has laid off more than half of its roughly 7,500 employees. 5 current and former employees said that the company’s internal messaging service has been taken offline. Through this, employees could chat with each other. Some employees found themselves logged out of their corporate email and laptops. Production directors, data scientists, and engineers working on machine learning and site loyalty have been affected by the layoffs. The package of the employees is also very high
Due to the acquisition of companies, the package of these employees is also very high. On October 27, after acquiring Twitter in a $44 billion deal, Elon Musk fired four senior executives of the company. These include CEO Parag Agarwal, finance head Ned Sehgal, and legal officers Vijaya Gadde and Sean Edgett. More than half of the employees have been laid off for cost-cutting. After the cut, Musk said that when the company is losing $ 4 million (Rs 32.77 crore) per day, then we have no option but to lay off employees. Musk has launched Twitter Blue Subscription for $8 in some countries. If people don’t buy it, they lose their verified checkmark. In India, this service has been started for Rs 900 per month for mobile and Rs 650 for web users.
