Samsung launches new service, before buying you can call product home

New Delhi: South Korean mobile company Samsung has announced a new service for customers. Samsung has launched Experience Samsung at Home service to help sales and customers explore and help purchase Galaxy devices. The new service will not only help consumers book a home demo for the Galaxy devices of their choice, but they can also buy online and it will be delivered from a nearby Samsung exclusive outlet. Right now Samsung is going to do this new service at around 900 Samsung exclusive retail outlets. Samsung said that in the coming few months it will be extended to more outlets.

According to the report of Times of India, Mohandeep Singh, Senior Vice President, Samsung India said, “We have taken many measures to ensure the safety of customers as social distancing is necessary to fight this epidemic.” Through this new service, customers will be able to see and buy our products online. At the same time, they will get offline delivery from the nearest Samsung exclusive store.

If you want to bring Samsung’s device home, then you can book it online. For the home demo, Experience will have to go to Samsung Home Portal (https://www.samsung.com/in/samsung-experience-store/home-delivery-demo/) and book by entering your contact details here. The customer has to choose the nearest Samsung store. After this, the customer’s details will be sent to the nearest Samsung store and they will contact you within 24 hours.

Samsung has also confirmed that all Samsung Experience Consultants (SECs) have been trained to follow safety guidelines. All security guidelines are followed for the home delivery of Galaxy Products and transactions are done through digital channels.
