Mumbai: 18 celebrities from the music world including India’s leading playback singers Sonu Nigam, Shaan, and Shankar Mahadevan will come on one stage for the ‘Naam Reh Jayega’ special series. It will pay tribute to the legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar. Lata Mangeshkar passed away on January 6 this year. She was 92 years old.
The series ‘Naam Reh Jayega’ will see 18 celebrities from the music world including Sonu Nigam, Mahadevan, Laxmikant-Pyarelal duo K Pyarelal, Arijit Singh, Nitin Mukesh, Alka Yagnik, Sadhna Sargam, Udit Narayan, Shaan, Kumar Sanu, Jatin Pandit, and others. Will pay tribute to Lata Mangeshkar by singing memorable and evergreen songs.
Neeti Mohan, Amit Kumar, Javed Ali, Aishwarya Majumdar, Sneha Pant, Palak Muchhal, and Anvesha will also be seen in this special series. Gajendra Singh will direct this series.
The eight-episode series will air every Sunday from May 1 at 7 pm on the Star Plus channel.
