New Delhi: In a vibrant ceremony hosted in the Lok Sabha, 17 parliamentarians from across India’s political spectrum received the 2025 Sansad Ratna Award on Saturday, celebrating excellence in legislative performance and parliamentary contribution during the 17th Lok Sabha.
The event recognized MPs for their consistently impactful participation and legislative work, setting exemplary standards in parliamentary proceedings. This year, Maharashtra stood out with the largest contingent seven MPs from Maharashtra were among the awardees, representing parties such as the BJP, Congress, NCP (Sharad), and Shiv Sena.
