Jaipur: After Corona out of control in Rajasthan, the government is also taking strict measures. The new guideline is going to be effective in the state from Sunday. It is being strictly implemented. Even private vehicles will not be able to fill diesel-petrol and gas with the petrol pump after 12 noon. Apart from this, shops of fruits, vegetables, and grocery stores will also be open for only 5 hours in the morning i.e. from 6 to 11 in the morning. But even in the midst of such a strict lockdown, full attention has been taken off the security lovers.
The State Finance Department has issued orders regarding liquor shops. According to him, now the drinkers will be able to buy alcohol five days a week. But the time to open liquor shops has been limited. Sura lovers will have to get up early in the morning for this. According to the government order, liquor shops will be able to open from 6 to 11 am. Now, what should the government also do, the matter is related to the state exchequer and the government also wants to continue earning its money in lockdown. That is why it was decided that liquor shops should also be opened on the lines of fruit-vegetable and grocery. But liquor shops will remain closed on Saturday and Sunday.
What is the meaning of this discount given to liquor shops?
In fact, the Rajasthan government gets strong revenue from the sale of liquor. In the last financial year, the Rajasthan government had received about ten thousand crore rupees from this excise item. The excise target for the financial year which started from April 1 this year has been fixed at about thirteen thousand crores. Now, for the purpose of this goal, even in lockdown, only a few hours will have to be opened. That is, Sura lovers will not be disappointed even in lockdown.
