Gwalior: Group Captain A Gupta, who was martyred in the Air Force’s MiG-21 Bison fighter aircraft crash, was today given a final farewell with military honors at Murar Muktidham. His son, Atin, lit the fire. Earlier in Muktidham, the Airforce officer, administrative officer, and MLA Satish Singh Sikarwar paid tributes by laying a wreath.
The MiG-21 Bison fighter aircraft of the airfares had crashed during the last flight take-off. In this incident, Group Captain A Gupta was killed in the plane. In the morning, his body was brought to the Maharajpura airbase, where the youth paid their respects. After this, Murar Muktidham was brought with the military honor of the body. Where the road from the gate of Muktidham was completely cleaned by raking it with water. Also the gate is decorated with blooms. On Chhatri number eight, the mortal body of Group Captain A Gupta was lit by his son, Naean, Atiyan. His elder brother Manish Gupta and other relatives were also present. The martyr is the second son of a group captain, who has a nine-year-old Atin and a three-year-old man.

The Jawans gave a final farewell to the Group Captain by giving an armed salute, while the seven Jawans of the Artillery Platoon paid tribute to the Bugul through the melody tune. Prior to this, the martyr’s body was brought from the airbase in an open truck, which was decorated with blooms.
