Chandigarh: In a significant political development, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has tendered his resignation following a crucial meeting at his residence in Chandigarh. The resignation marks a pivotal moment for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Haryana, which is now poised to form a government independently.
The decision came after an extensive discussion at the Chief Minister’s residence, which was followed by a collective resignation of the entire cabinet at the Raj Bhavan. The Governor of Haryana received the resignations, indicating a complete cabinet reshuffle.
Earlier in the day, Chief Minister Khattar convened with the BJP legislative party at 11 am and subsequently proceeded to meet the Governor of Haryana.
