Gwalior: For the first time in the political history of Madhya Pradesh, Congress leaders reached the ADG in Gwalior to demand an FIR against Jyotiraditya Scindia. In the conversation between Jyotiraditya Scindia and the councilor Anita Jain about the Ashoknagar ticket before the last assembly elections, it has been mentioned many times to deposit fifty lakhs. Calling it serious, Congress has demanded to register an FIR in this case and set up an SIT for investigation.
Under the leadership of State Congress Media Incharge (Gwalior-Chambal Division) KK Mishra and Gwalior City Congress President Devendra Sharma handed over CDs related to memorandum and audio to ADG Rajababu Singh, the Congress leaders said that the matter is very sensitive, purity of public life and Is associated with political intelligence. In the conversation in the audio, no explanation was given to Anita Jain on behalf of Scindia on the allegations of money transactions, but rather to oblige them elsewhere after the government is formed.
This indicates that Scindia must have had a silent agreement in this transaction.
Does the Congress also allege that the manner in which the auction-bought sale of crores of MLAs has come to light in the overthrow of Kamal Nath’s elected government, it is proving that the alleged elite faces have an old relationship with money transactions? Therefore, based on the available evidence, Congress demands that a SIT be constituted for subtle investigation taking this case into cognizance with immediate effect.
The names mentioned in the audio, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Parashar, Smt. Anita Jain, any Agarwal should be ordered to record their statements regarding the names and alleged serious allegations against them. After this audio became public, Scindia spokesperson (not BJP) Pankaj Chaturvedi said in the capital Bhopal that this audio is fake. From which lab they have got it checked. Along with his investigative report, he should also be empowered to give a statement.
The Congress also said that we are confident that in order to uphold the values of public life and political correctness and to uphold its credibility, the police will end the streak of confusion in this serious matter related to the seriousness of the case and the public. Congress spokesperson Ajitsingh Bhadoria, RP Singh and Dharmendra Sharma were also present at the time of giving the memorandum to IG.
