Paris: Thousands of people across the country performed on Sunday in tribute to the history of beheading a teacher near Paris after discussing with the Prophet’s cartoon (Prophet Mohammed) with students in the class. The French Prime Minister also attended the demonstration. US President Donald Trump (Donald Trump) showed solidarity by sending a message to France, which was demonstrated hours later. Samuel Patty was stabbed to death by an 18-year-old boy on Friday at Conflans St. Onorinae, who was later shot by police.

This boy was born in Moscow and was a refugee of Chechnya. French Prime Minister Jean Castex stood with citizens, organizations and associations at a demonstration on Sunday in Place de la Republique, Paris, in memory of freedom of expression and the 47-year-old teacher. Some had placards in their hands, which read, “I am Samuel”. The performance was similar to “I’m Charlie” after the 2015 attack on the newspaper Charlie Hebdo. This newspaper printed cartoons of the Prophet. A minute of silence was observed at the intersections and then the French national anthem La Marsilles was sung. The protesters also performed in large cities including Lyon, Taloz, Strasbourg, Nantes, Marsili, Lille and Bordeaux.
