New Delhi: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar was rushed to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi late Saturday night after complaining of uneasiness and chest pain. According to sources, he was taken to the hospital around 2 AM and admitted to the Critical Care Unit (CCU) under the care of Dr. Rajiv Narang, Head of the Cardiology Department. His condition is reported to be stable, and he is being closely monitored by a team of doctors.

Just days before his hospitalization, Vice President Dhankhar visited Jhunjhunu, where he attended a program at Mahatma Gandhi Government School in Sangasi. During his visit, he interacted with students and emphasized the importance of environmental conservation by planting a sapling as part of the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign. He also encouraged the public and farmers to plant trees in their fields and homes.
