Mumbai: The Special NDPS Court has given a big verdict in the drugs case of Sushant Singh Rajput. The court has accepted the application of Rhea Chakraborty in the case. The court has allowed Riya’s bank account to be defrosted and the gadgets seized last year to be returned. NCB had confiscated these things of Riya during the investigation in this case.
According to ANI, the special NDPS court in Mumbai has allowed actress Rhea Chakraborty’s application to defrost her bank account and release the gadgets seized last year. The court has ordered the return of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s laptop, mobile phone, and other gadgets seized during the investigation in his death case.
Let us tell you that after the drugs angle in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, the Narcotics Control Bureau had registered an FIR. Riya Chakraborty was arrested by NCB in this case. The NCB had registered a case under serious sections of the NDPS Act. During the investigation, the NCB also confiscated Riya’s personal gadgets and mobile phone.
In fact, the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which is conducting a parallel investigation into the financial angle in the Sushant case, had recovered some ‘deleted chats’ of Riya, in which allegedly drugs were from the drug peddler.
