PMC Bank, submerged in Ghotalale, can once again start. On behalf of the state government, it has been said that after selling the property of HDIL, the bank’s largest lender, PMC Bank will be started soon. In this context, Minister of State for Home Satej Patil has given written information to Shiv Sena MLA and former Minister of State Ravindra Vaikar.

Vaikar had raised the issue of PMC bank scam

In the winter session of Maharashtra Legislature, former Minister of State Ravindra Vaikar raised the issue of PMC bank scam. Under which complete information has been given by the government. On behalf of Minister of State for Home Satej Patil, it has been told that HDIL and its group company are the biggest borrowers of the bank. The bank owes a total loan of Rs 6121.07 crore from 2008 to 2019. HDIL and its group company had a total of 44 large accounts. Loans were given on the basis of fake documents. No information was given to anyone. The property of HDIL company was taken on loan and it has a large property in Palghar, Naigaon, Vasai, Virar region. Out of this, 14 vehicles, 2 aeroplane have been seized under the criminal penalty process. Not only this, the bungalow of Rakesh Wadhawan and Sarang Wadhawan in Alibag, the flat in Pune in the name of wife of Joy Thomas, the accused accused Singh in this case, the hotel in Amritsar, Punjab has been seized.

12 accused in the scam in jail

The court has approved the auction of 2 aeroplane and one passenger ship of HDIL company. K. A company named Vesati Gym has been appointed. 12 accused of PMC bank scam are in jail.
