Motihari: For the empowerment of girls and their educational development, the Chief Minister’s Minority Student Promotion Scheme is being run by the Government of Bihar. Under this, in the year 2023, there is a provision to give an incentive amount of Rs 15-15 thousand to the first class to intermediate pass girl students. Under the scheme, this year girl students who have passed Intermediate in first class from Bihar Board are coming to the office and submitting their papers.
District Minority Welfare Officer Shashibhushan Tiwari said that all such minority girl students, who have passed Inter first class in the year 2023, can take advantage of this scheme. For this, 15 thousand rupees will be sent to their account through CFMS. So far 561 girl students have given their details.

To get the benefit of this scheme, it is mandatory to have a photocopy of the intermediate mark sheet, admit card, Aadhaar card, bank passbook, and residential certificate. District Minority Welfare Officer said that this scheme is an important scheme for minority girl empowerment and their educational development. The department is encouraging girl students to get the benefits of this scheme.
