Pune: An important decision has been taken in view of the increasing cases of Coronavirus Latest Updates Maharashtra in Maharashtra. An official said that preparations have been made to implement a 10-day lockdown rules in many other parts of Pune, including Pimpri Chinchwad adjacent to it.

This lockdown is starting on 13 July. The lockdown will begin at midnight on 13 July and end on 23 July. On Thursday, 1803 new cases of corona were reported in the district.

Where will the exemption be, what will be closed?
This important decision of the lockdown was taken by Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Ajit Pawar (Maharashtra Deputy CM) of the district. Deepak Mahiskar, Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, said, ‘Corona cases are increasing in many other parts of Pune, including Pimpri Chinchwad. In this case, it has been decided to lockdown. The period between July 13 and July 18 in the lockdown will be very strict. During this time only milk shops, drug shops, clinics will be allowed to remain open. The items of essential services will also be completely exempt.
