New Delhi: India on Friday said that it would liaise with China to expedite the replacement of 16 Indian sailors stranded on a cargo vessel in Chinese territory for nearly four months. There are 23 Indian sailors aboard the Indian cargo ship MV Jag Anand and the ship has been anchored near Jingtang port in Hebei province, China since June 13 last year while MV Anastasia, along with 16 Indians, has been anchored at the Kofidian port since September 20.
