New Delhi: The number of corona infected patients in the country have started scaring once again. The graph of the corona is increasing every day. In view of the increasing cases of Coronavirus, the warning of the third wave seems to be proving correct. According to the Ministry of Health, 43 thousand 509 new cases of corona infection have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours, while 640 patients have died during this period. After getting new corona patients, now the total number of infected people in the country has gone up to 3 crores 15 lakh 28 thousand 114.
According to the Ministry of Health, so far there are 4 lakh 3 thousand 840 active cases of corona in the country, while 3 crores 7 lakh 1 thousand 612 people have recovered and gone to their homes. At the same time, 4 lakh 22 thousand 662 people have died due to corona so far. So far 44,61,56,659 people have been vaccinated in the country. In the last 24 hours, 40,02,358 people have been given the corona vaccine.
The worst situation from Corona is visible in Kerala at this time. Some 50 percent of the number of corona patients coming to the country are from Kerala. 22,056 new cases of Kovid-19 were reported in Kerala on Wednesday, taking the total number of infection cases to 33,27,301, while the death toll from the virus rose to 16,457 with 131 more deaths.
Among the most affected districts in the state are Malappuram 3931, Thrissur 3005, Kozhikode 2400, Ernakulam 2397, Palakkad 1649, Kollam 1462, Alappuzha 1461, Kannur 1179, Thiruvananthapuram 1101, and Kottayam 1067.
