He said that now his children will not be able to use Tiktok. Trudeau spoke at a joint press conference with US President Joe Biden in Ottawa. Trudeau said ‘now I will not use TikTok because the Chinese government is accessing our information through a phone.’

Trudeau, 51, has three children, two of whom are teenagers. Announcing its ban last month, the Trudeau government said that Tiktok is a big risk to your privacy and security. “I’m obviously concerned about their privacy and their security, which is why I’m glad they can no longer use TikTok on their government-issued phone,” Trudeau said.
Recently, US National Security Advisor Jack Sullivan said in a statement that the White House on Tuesday welcomed the bill that would allow the US to ban the Chinese-owned video-sharing app Tiktok. Mark Warner, a senior US senator from the Democratic Party, and John Thune, a South Dakota Republican, supported him in a rare act of political reconciliation by US lawmakers.
