SBI’s mobile app also found angry customers upset with this technical flaw on social media platforms. After this, SBI gave information by tweeting that the work is going on to correct this mess on behalf of the bank. SBI also appealed to customers to use Internet banking solution and Jonah Lite app.
On Thursday, in a tweet made by SBI, it was written that, due to the system outage, the Yono mobile application has been affected. System restoration work for non-seamless services is in progress. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we request all customers to use online SBI and YONO Lite for banking needs. ‘

Many customers have complained that they are facing technical difficulties in using SBI’s mobile application. Error M005 is visible on their screen.
There are one hundred thirty million vago users
Significantly, SBI is the largest bank in the country with a customer base of 49 crores, whose digital platform has more than 4 lakh transactions everyday. 55% of the total transactions in the bank are through digital channels. The share of Yono App in this is about half. The total number of Yono users is around 27.7 million.
System outage problem in HDFC bank too
On Thursday, a case of primary storage center system outage of HDFC Bank was also reported. In view of this flaw in this private sector bank, banking regulator RBI has imposed some restrictions. According to reports, the reason for this problem in HDFC Bank is the power failure in the primary data center. The bank has already faced such a problem. In view of this, RBI now wants to know about its details so that the bank’s ATM operations, cards and UPI transactions are not interrupted.
