Actually, on Monday, Arvind Kejriwal addressed the rally in Dehradun. After this, he has been found corona infected. Due to corona being infected, now Kejriwal will not attend the DDMA meeting on the increasing cases of corona in Delhi. This meeting is to be held at 11 am on Tuesday and there will be a discussion on imposing new restrictions. Earlier, on Monday, 4099 new cases of the corona were reported in Delhi. The corona positivity rate in Delhi has gone up to 6.46 percent. There has also been one death on Monday.
Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain told the Assembly on Monday that although daily cases are increasing in the city, the situation is under control as most people are not showing severe symptoms or need to be hospitalized. He said that no patient infected with Omicron has needed oxygen in Delhi hospitals so far.
Doctors also started getting infected
According to Tihar DG, apart from 2 prisoners in different jails of Tihar, 6 employees have become corona positive.
