O Yang Lee-hing, deputy head of the Taiwanese military-owned National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology, was found dead in a hotel room in southern Taiwan on Saturday morning, according to the news agency. The investigation into the reasons behind his death is underway.
British news agency Reuters quoted CNA as saying that O Yang was on a business trip to Li.Hing’s southern county of Pingtung. He took over as the deputy head of the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology earlier this year to oversee Taiwan’s various missile production projects.
