74th Emmy Awards have been announced, Jason Sudeikis wins Best Actor

Los Angeles: The 74th edition of the Emmy Awards was held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California, USA. Where the gathering of stars was seen on the red carpet. This award ceremony was also broadcast live on Peacock TV and NBC in America. In this event, there were 25 nominations based on the shows and series held from 1 June 2021 to 31 May 2022. 14 nominations were received.

Jason Sudeikis was awarded the Best Actor Award for the show ‘Ted Lasso’. While Hwang Dong-hyuk won the Emmy Award for Best Direction for ‘Squid Game’, Gene Smart won the Emmy Award for ‘Hacks’.

The Emmy Awards function also paid tribute to those who passed away in the last year. Remembering Pete Scolap, Paul Sorvino, Betty White, Anne Heche, Burt Metcalf, Bob Saget, David Warner, James Cain, Sidney Poitier, John Bowman, Jack Knight, Yoko Shimada, Jay Sandrich, Tony Dow, Roger, and Dwayne Hickman Tributes were paid.
