New Delhi: According to the big news coming from Somalia, at least 19 people have been killed and 23 injured in separate bomb attacks in two cities here on Wednesday.

The first incident took place in the town of Marka in the Lower Shabele region, where an attacker detonated himself. In this 13 people lost their lives, while five were injured. The second incident took place in Afgoy town in the Lower Shabele area, where two attacks took place. In these 6 people were killed, while 18 others were injured.

In May last year, at least 34 people were killed and 70 were injured in explosions at a mosque in the Somali capital Mogadishu on Saturday. The two bombs exploded at a mosque in Bakara, a major marketplace in Mogadishu.
