It is being told that Chinese soldiers were trying to move towards Indian territory. After which the Indian troops chased them away. At the same time, 20 soldiers of China’s PLA were injured in this clash.

The India-China border dispute escalated when 20 Indian Army personnel were killed in a PLA clash on 15-16 June. Although there were reports of Chinese soldiers also being killed in media reports, China denied this.

It is noteworthy that during the 9th round of talks between the Indian and Chinese armies, there was a detailed discussion for about 16 hours on the removal of troops from the deadlocked points in eastern Ladakh. Sources said that the talks at the Corps Commander level started at around 10:30 AM on Sunday morning and ended at around 2.30 AM on Monday. The meeting took place in Moldo on the Line of Actual Control in eastern Ladakh towards China. The outcome of the meeting has not been known.
