Mumbai: Bollywood’s ‘Khiladi’ Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani’s most awaited film ‘Lakshmi Bum’ is currently being hotly debated. But with this, there is an uproar over the name of the film. There are some people who are vehemently opposing the film. It is being demanded to boycott the film even before its release on social media.
Meanwhile, the Hindu Sena also protested in the name of the film and directly threatened through a letter that if the name of the film was not changed, they would not allow the release of this film. The Hindu Sena has also demanded appropriate action against the makers of the film. Vishnu Gupta, National President of Hindu Sena, has written in this complaint letter, “If our demands are not met, Hindu soldiers will oppose this film. If the name of the film is not changed before its release, then I will appeal to all people associated with Hinduism to boycott this film. ”
Apart from Hindu Sena, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha have also accused the film of promoting love jihad. He says that the name of the hero in the film has been deliberately changed to Asif, while the name of the heroine is Priya. He alleges that the film is promoting love jihad.
This is Akshay Kumar’s first film of this year. This horror comedy film is directed by Raghav Lawrence and the film will be released on Disney Hotstar on November 9.
