New Delhi: Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has become Corona-infected (Covid-19 Positive). Sachin himself has given this information through the social media platform Twitter. Sachin has quarantined himself home. He recently participated in the ‘Road Safety World Series Challenge’ tournament of former cricketers in Raipur.
Sachin tweeted, ‘I was getting the test done continuously, as well as following all the guidelines. However, I have been found positive with mild symptoms. The report of other members in the house has come negative. I have quarantined myself and am also following all the protocols. I am following the advice of doctors. I thank the health workers who are taking care of me.
Last week itself, Sachin captained the India Legends team during the Road Safety World Series and won the final for the team. India defeated Sri Lanka Legends in the final of this tournament. Tendulkar is the only cricketer to play 200 Tests. He has scored 15921 runs in this format, while the former cricketer, who played 463 matches in ODIs, has 18426 runs. Tendulkar has scored 49 centuries in ODIs and 51 in Tests.
