Washington: The US has said that Russia’s sale of S-400 missile defense systems to India demonstrates Moscow’s role in creating instability in the region and possibly beyond. The US has expressed concern many times over India’s purchase of missile defense systems from Russia. India has insisted that its decisions are based on the interest of its national security. US State Department spokesman Ned Price said in his daily press conference on Thursday, “The concerns we have about the S-400 system have not changed.”

“I think it highlights Russia’s role in creating instability in the region and potentially beyond,” he said, asking Price about the impact of the Russian S-400 system on US-India relations. Was asked, in response to which he said this thing. This remark has been made by America at a time when America and Russia are faces to face with Ukraine.

Despite strong objections from the US and warnings of sanctions from the Joe Biden administration, India has refused to make any changes in its decision to purchase the missile defense system. “Whether it is India or any other country, we urge all countries to avoid any new dealings with Russia regarding weapons systems,” Price said.

The S-400 is equipped with a powerful radar
Talking about the S-400 system, it has a powerful radar, which we can call the heart of the defense system. It can detect multiple targets in different directions and neutralize enemy fighter aircraft, bombers, or missiles before they strike. It can create a threat to the enemy by using missiles of different ranges.

It is so advanced that it makes it easy to track Chinese fighter jets flying from airports near the Line of Actual Control. With which India can deal with any threat in time.
