Srinagar: Bharatiya Janta Party leader Sheikh Waseem Bari was shot dead by terrorists in Bandipora, Jammu and Kashmir. The terrorists, along with Bari, targeted their father and brother, due to which Bari’s brother died on the spot, while his father succumbed to his seriously injured condition. Jammu Kashmir Police gave this information on Wednesday. Eight commandos were deployed to protect Bari, but no security personnel were present with them at the time of the attack. After this incident, all the eight security personnel have been taken into custody. Security personnel are being questioned.
On the news of the murder of BJP leader Sheikh Wasim Bari, BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav (BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav) tweeted and expressed surprise and paid tribute to Bari.
