Iifa awards ceremony

Bhopal: The issue of iifa has again come under discussion between the stirring of the Corona crisis and By-Election. CM Shivraj Singh has clearly stated that there will be no iifa awards ceremony in Madhya Pradesh. They called it a spectacle. Shivraj said, I do not like tamasha like iifa award ceremony. Madhya Pradesh will not have spectacles like iifa.

No tamasha of iifa in Corona crisis
The BJP had been opposing the organizing of the iifa ceremony of former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath Government since its inception. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had said that there is no need for the iifa award ceremony in Madhya Pradesh. This issue arose again at a function of Gandhi Jayanti and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said – Corona is in crisis. In such a situation, the iifa function is not rational. I do not like a scene like iifa at all. There is no need for the spectacle of iifa in Madhya Pradesh. Shivraj said- ‘I have come to know that about four crore rupees have been taken from industrialists in the name of iifa. This is not all right.

Shivraj took a meeting
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan took a meeting of officials regarding the iifa award ceremony. In that, he instructed the officials that whatever amount has been collected from the industrialists is still with the departments. That money should be returned to the industrialists.

Kamal Nath replied
Former Chief Minister Kamal Nath has responded to the statement of Shivraj Singh Chauhan. He clearly said that no money has been taken from anyone for iifa. It is misleading and false propaganda, Kamal Nath says that the public will decide whether iifa is a spectacle or not.

IIFA was a big event
The iifa ceremony was to be held in Indore during the Kamal Nath government in Madhya Pradesh. But in the meantime, the game of power reversal started and the Kamal Nath government was dropped. At the same time, due to the Corona epidemic, the lock-down started across the country. With the BJP’s return to power, there was speculation that the iifa ceremony could be canceled.
