New Delhi: If you are a Google Pay user, then there is good news for you. Actually, a new service has been introduced in India by the digital payment platform Google Pay. Google Pay has recently made RuPay Credit Card live on its platform. Google Pay has partnered with NPCI for this. Now on Google Pay, you will be able to link your Rupay credit card and make UPI payments.
How to link Google Pay RuPay Credit Card
- First of all open the Google Pay app on an Android phone.
- Now go to the profile section.
- After this click on Rupay Credit Card Pay With UPI.
- Select the bank that has issued you the RuPay Credit Card.
- Now you have to set a UPI PIN.
- In this way, your card has been added. Now you can make UPI payments with RuPay Credit Card.
How to make a UPI payment with RuPay Credit Card through Google Pay?
- Enter the merchant’s UPI or scan the QR code in Google Pay app.
- Now enter the amount you want to pay.
- After this, you choose the linked RuPay Credit Card.
- Now complete the payment by entering the UPI PIN.
Rupay Credit Card on UPI facility started in the year 2022
Let us tell you that Rupay Credit Card on the UPI facility was started last year. Now you will be able to pay by credit card by scanning at the neighborhood shop. However, through RuPay Credit Card, you can pay only by scanning the Merchant UPI QR Code. Can’t make P2P payments. Rupay credit from 8 banks has gone live on select UPI apps like BHIM, Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, PayZapp, and Freecharge.
