Pennsylvania: President Donald Trump has filed an appeal against a federal judge’s decision to dismiss his campaign attempt to challenge the election results in Pennsylvania. A federal judge in the United States has dismissed a lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania on behalf of Trump’s campaign seeking to have millions of votes declared invalid.
U.S. Middle District of Pennsylvania Judge Matthew Brann on Saturday rejected the Trump campaign request, dealing a major blow to President Trump’s efforts to challenge the results of the November 3 election. Now the president and other plaintiffs filed an appeal notice Sunday in the Third U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, another attempt to prevent newly-elected President Joe Biden from taking office.
