Kolkata. The West Bengal government has given permission to open the bar in the state from Tuesday but has said that physical distance and other instructions related to Covid-19 should be followed. The Excise Department said in an order on Monday that the service should be done within the stipulated time of opening of the establishments. It said that clubs, canteens, and other establishments involving alcohol would have to notify the government before starting their services.
