New Delhi: According to the big news received from Jammu and Kashmir, three brave soldiers of the army have been martyred in an encounter between terrorists and security forces in Kulgam here. Giving information about this, army officials said that last Friday these three soldiers were injured in an encounter with the terrorists. After this, he was taken to the hospital. But all three died during treatment. The official also said that additional force has been sent to the area and the search operation is going on continuously.
On the matter, the police said that, after receiving information about the presence of terrorists in the Halan Forest area of Kulgam district in South Kashmir, the security forces cordoned off the area and launched an intensive search operation. During this, the terrorists started firing on the security forces. After this, the search operation turned into an encounter. During this, retaliatory action was also taken by the security forces.
In this regard, the army said in one of its tweets, “On receiving information about the presence of terrorists on the high peaks of Hal in Kulgam, the security forces launched a search operation on Friday, 4 August 2023. Three jawans were injured in the encounter with the terrorists and later martyred. At present, the search operation is going on in the area.
Please inform that, earlier in Poonch, four terrorists were killed by the security forces. In fact, these terrorists were killed by the security forces during this joint operation. There were also foreign terrorists among the terrorists killed in the encounter.
