New Delhi: According to the big news of the afternoon, the Supreme Court has given a big relief to the fact checker Mohammad Zubair today i.e. on Wednesday. In fact, the court accepted his interim bail plea today and granted him bail in all 6 cases registered in Uttar Pradesh.

With this decision, the top court said, “There is no justification for continuing detention.” Along with this, the SIT constituted by the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has also been dissolved by the Supreme Court.

Along with this, the Supreme Court today also said that there is a need for a consolidated inquiry in this matter. At the same time, the top court has transferred all the FIRs registered against the fact checker Mohammad Zubair in Uttar Pradesh to Delhi.

Here the SC dismissed the petition of the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh to stop Mohammad Zubair from tweeting. On the matter, the top court said, “It is becoming like asking a lawyer not to argue. Not to speak to a person. Whatever he does, he will be responsible in law but we can’t at all ask a journalist not to write.”
