According to a report on the India Today website, this helicopter is powered by two Safran HE Ariel 2C2 turboshaft engines, which gives it a power of about 785 kW. This helicopter can travel at a speed of about 246 km per hour. The special feature of this chopper is that it can fly at an altitude of about 20,000 feet above the sea surface. Along with this, the H145 chopper also has the option of emergency floats. There are also searching lights, cargo hooks, and advanced cabins. Not only this but it can also be used in medical services,s and according to the need, it can also be changed for commercial and personal use.

The people of the Lulu group in the helicopter are inscribed in green and the letter Y is in the name of MA Yusuf. Let us tell you that earlier last year on 11 April 2021, Yusuf Ali’s VT-YMA helicopter of AgustaWestland crashed when he was traveling with his family. His helicopter had crashed in a swamp in Kochi. During that time he was going to Lakeshore Hospital in the city. Fortunately, Ali was rescued by the local people from the place where he crashed.

Prior to M A Yusuf, RP Group chairman Ravi Pillai had bought the Airbus H145 in March this year. He is the first Indian to have a helicopter with this facility.
