New Delhi: Bollywood’s ‘Badshah’ Shahrukh Khan made a tremendous comeback on the big screen after 4 years. At the beginning of this year, the film ‘Pathan’, released in theaters on January 25, has so far dominated the box office. This film of Shahrukh has earned more than 1000 crores worldwide, breaking all the records of earnings.
However, before the release of the film, there was a demand to ban ‘Pathan’, when the song ‘Besharam Rang’ from this film was released. In this song, Deepika was seen in a saffron-colored bikini, after which there was an uproar across the country regarding this film. Still, neither Shahrukh nor Deepika issued any statement during that time.
Now that the film has proved to be a blockbuster, Deepika has given a befitting reply for the first time breaking her silence on the ‘Besharam Rang’ controversy. She told how Deepika and Shah Rukh remained absolutely calm amidst a lot of reactions. Deepika further said, ‘We came here alone with dreams and aspirations. We all know that commitment, hard work, and politeness are what got us to where we are. Apart from this, Deepika also spoke openly about her relationship with Shahrukh.
