
New Delhi: Today, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an Orange Alert, expressing the possibility of moderate rain in Delhi-NCR. Let us tell you that in the last night, there has been light drizzle in some areas of the capital. At the same time, the Indian Meteorological Department has predicted moderate rain here on Wednesday. Here, according to the latest forecast of the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in different states of the country in the next five days. On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for the next two days in Himachal Pradesh towards the mountains.
If IMD is to be believed, today there is a possibility of light to moderate rain at isolated places and adjoining areas of Rohini, Pitampura in Delhi as well as Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ballabgarh Palwal, Aurangabad, Hodal, Haryana. At the same time, according to the Meteorological Department, due to heavy rains in Delhi today, people may have to face the problem of waterlogging as well as traffic jams. Along with this, IMD has predicted light rain and thundershowers in some areas of Delhi today i.e. on Wednesday. At the same time, the maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be around 32 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be around 25 degrees Celsius.
This time the rain can break the record of 121 years
Let us inform you that on Tuesday, the Meteorological Department had issued a yellow alert of rain in the national capital Delhi. But today the Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert saying that if it rains all day today, then this time the September rains can break the record of the last 121 years. Let us know that till now more than 404 mm of rain has been recorded in September. Earlier in the last 121 years, the record of 417.3 mm of rain was recorded in 1944. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain here even today i.e. from September 22 and this process can continue till September 29.

It may also rain in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan
Along with this, IMD has also predicted rain in Aligarh, Barsana, Mathura in Uttar Pradesh, and Deeg in Rajasthan during the next two hours. Along with this, there is a possibility of light drizzle with thunder in many parts of Haryana today. Thus, according to the latest forecast of the Meteorological Department, in the next two hours, Muzaffarnagar, Hastinapur, Meerut, Nandgaon in Uttar Pradesh may also receive rain. At the same time, IMD has issued a yellow alert for Uttarakhand, East UP, West Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Vidarbha, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Kerala today. There are good chances of moderate to heavy rain here too. After this, IMD has expressed the possibility of heavy rain in many states of the country today.
